At Apiax's, I worked as a Lead/ Senior Product Designer in a RegTech fintech environment, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and business teams to design user-centred enterprise software for highly regulated financial institutions.

I played a hands-on role in launching Apiax’s first AI-powered product, leading design from early discovery and concept through delivery and adoption by multiple financial institutions via POCs. My work focused on shaping end-to-end user flows, defining the product UX strategy, and translating complex regulatory and technical requirements into clear, usable experiences for both expert and non-technical users.

Alongside delivery, I contributed at a strategic level by improving Product–Engineering collaboration, facilitating design sprints and product workshops, and raising the bar for design quality and consistency across customer-facing and internal tools. I regularly communicated design decisions to senior stakeholders and supported go-to-market efforts by aligning product experience with business and brand goals.
